Investor Deals Daily ("IDD," "we," "us") provides MLS deal alerts and a member dashboard at investordealsdaily.com and app.investordealsdaily.com. Contact: investordealsdaily@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash (or Google sign-in profile)
• Preferences: counties, ARV filter, deal pipeline status
• Telegram chat ID if you connect alerts
• Billing data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service

How we use information

• Provide deal feeds, alerts, and account features you request
• Authenticate you (email/password or Google OAuth)
• Process subscriptions and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability and support

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted processors such as Google (sign-in), Firebase/Google Cloud (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Telegram (alert delivery). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Data retention

We keep account and deal-tracking data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing us; we will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain it for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Your choices

• Update profile and alert settings in the app
• Disconnect Telegram anytime in Settings
• Cancel billing via the Stripe customer portal in Billing

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access-controlled cloud services). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
